1 pint grape tomatoes cut into quarters lengthwise
1/3 cup onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, seeds removed, finely diced
juice of 1/2 a lime
a handful of fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper
pinch of salt
Combine ingredients and refrigerate. Allow to marinate 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
