Banana Chocolate Protein Smoothie
There are a lot of protein smoothie recipes to choose from, and it took me some trial and error to find one that I enjoy. The secret to success for me was the addition of a frozen banana. This one ingredient adds sweetness and blends into a cold milkshake texture that I love. If you have been looking for a way to make your healthy shake more tasty, give this recipe a try.
Another thing I love is my Cuisinart SmartStick Hand Blender. I combine all my ingredients in the cup that comes with the SmartStick and blend till smooth. Then the blender head easily pops off and can be put in the dishwasher. I drink my smoothie straight from the blender cup and then rinse and put that in the dishwasher too. So, it's easy to clean up and doesn't take up a lot of space in the washer. And if you are interested in the specific ingredients I used here they are: Milkadamia Unsweetened, Natural Force Organic Whey Protein Powder, and ArtNaturals MCT Oil. Enjoy!
