
Avocado Tacos
This recipe comes from houseofyumm.com. This is a quick and yummy taco recipe that can be made with or without taco shells. I usually just cut up an avocado and pile on all the toppings without taco shells for myself, and use shells for my husband and three year old. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
4 oz tomato sauce
3 avocados halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
1/4 cup lettuce shredded
Additional toppings:
cilantro
sour cream
hot sauce
Instructions
1. Add the ground beef to a medium size sauce pan. Cook over medium high heat until browned.
2. Drain the grease and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Remove the pit from the halved avocados. Load the crater left from the pit with the taco meat. Top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, and sour cream. Enjoy!
